1 x medical examination
2 x tissue structure analysis and measurements
1 x ergometry
1 x initial consultation about nutrition
How intensive and in-depth the programme is depends on the length of stay. The basic SlimFit programme includes:
During your time in the program, you work together with a personal trainer and nutritional consultant who will create a personal exercise and meal plan, also advising you on how to continue on your way to maintaining your achievements. At the consultation with the nutritionist, you will learn everything about eating patterns, the composition of food, the calorie content of food, and its glycemic index. You will also learn how to recognize the potential mistakes that you may be inadvertently making and learn new, healthy eating habits.
The programme also includes a consultation with a doctor and a stress test (ergometry). If being overweight is already posing a threat to the health of your cardiovascular system, we recommend that you determine your state of health with our medical specialists during the SlimFit weight loss programme. We will modify the programme to take into account the results from this specialist examination in order to ensure the programme is effective and safe for you.
Personal trainers use a personalized approach when working with clients. In doing so, they take into consideration existing diagnoses and work together with a doctor and nutritionist to create a plan to activate their clients' bodies that fits the diagnosis. Exercising under the guidance of a personal trainer is a very effective way to help lose weight, gain muscle mass, and have a positive effect on your general wellbeing and end result.
When losing weight, visiting saunas and taking detox baths also plays a key role, and by using massages with essential oils, we will stimulate better blood flow and the elimination of toxins. Swimming in thermal water relieves pain, releases tension in the muscles and increases blood flow in the body, and part of the programme also includes guided water gymnastics.
