How was our ecological castle garden created?

From the garden to the plate by the shortest route – we said, that’s the right thing! This is a valuable added value that will elevate our cuisine to a higher level and offer our guests even more culinary pleasure and health.

And so our Castle Garden was created. In Otočec, in a clearing near Hotel Šport, we grow a variety of vegetables in an ecological and sustainable way, as well as fruit and even honey.
