During your time in the program, you work together with a personal trainer and nutritional consultant who will create a personal exercise and meal plan, also advising you on how to continue on your way to maintaining your achievements. At the consultation with the nutritionist, you will learn everything about eating patterns, the composition of food, the calorie content of food, and its glycemic index. You will also learn how to recognize the potential mistakes that you may be inadvertently making and learn new, healthy eating habits.
The programme also includes a consultation with a doctor and a stress test (ergometry). If being overweight is already posing a threat to the health of your cardiovascular system, we recommend that you determine your state of health with our medical specialists during the SlimFit weight loss programme. We will modify the programme to take into account the results from this specialist examination in order to ensure the programme is effective and safe for you.
