Finnish sauna and Turkish steam sauna
In the Turkish steam sauna, humidity level reach almost 100%, while temperatures are lower than in the Finnish sauna. Inhaling the fine steam cleanses the airways and the hot steam opens up the pores. The Finnish sauna, on the other hand, is a dry sauna with a temperature of between 80°C and 100°C. It detoxifies the body and strengthens the immune system, and it also has a beneficial effect on the musculoskeletal system and relieves stress.
