VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

The collected personal data is used, processed and transmitted by Terme Krka, d. o. o., Novo mesto, Novi trg 1, 8000 Novo mesto exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the safety of people and property and overseeing the entry and exit of persons. The personal data collected by video surveillance is stored for 1 month and other personal data for a maximum of 2 years and 364 days, after which it is deleted. In some places, live camera feeds can be used to monitor the entry and exit of people. The videos are not processed videos further, but in exceptional cases justified by law, they may be forwarded them to the police for the protection of people and property. In accordance with applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, restriction of processing, or object to processing.
